- How long does the conversation actually take?
- A couple of minutes. One question per screen, and you can stop and come back. It ends with a live preview of the first quote we would send you, so you know what you are signing up for before you commit.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. The daily email is free and stays free. The paid plan exists because WhatsApp delivery costs money to run and because the reply channel is genuinely more useful.
- Why do you ask about books, films, and music?
- Because that is what keeps an encouragement from sounding like a fridge magnet. What you love says a lot about what will actually reach you, and it gives us a language to write in that is already yours.
- What happens to what I share?
- Your intake answers are used to write your daily message and nothing else. We store each encouragement alongside the context that produced it so the writing can keep improving for you.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes. Pause, change your delivery time, or stop entirely from your settings. If you are on the WhatsApp plan you can cancel the subscription there too.
